It’s Time to Talk About the CAMI Terra Wind Amphibious Motorcoach…

Are you having trouble deciding between buying a boat or an RV? Hey, maybe you have both but you can’t decide which you want to take out this weekend. Well, South Carolina company CAMI has the answer for you.

Meet the Terra Wind Amphibious Motorcoach.

This brilliantly mad invention is an RV that doubles as a boat. As you’ll see in the demo video below, the Terra Wind easily goes in and out out of the water utilizing a dual transmission system.

The wheels, unlike those in James Bond’s famous amphibious car, do not retract. In fact, the front wheels can be used in conjunction with the rudder system for increased maneuverability in the water.

Once in the water the floating RV uses a joystick in the cockpit for rudder control. The RV’s patio doubles as a swim deck, and you even have roof access for making dives or catching some rays.

The Terra Wind was designed for freshwater lakes and rivers only, boasts a 7 knot top speed, and comes with an anchor, gps tracking system, and all the water related gauges the captain of such a ship could want or need. If you want to bring something along that needs to be towed, have no fear. CAMI is developing a floating trailer for the Terra Wind as we speak.

As if that is not enough, the interior of the Terra Wind is a sight to behold. I don’t want to spoil anything before you watch the video below but I will tell you that there is a jetted tub. And that’s not even the coolest part.
